Obituary of Kevin "Ted" Harrington

Peacefully, at the Pembroke Regional Hospital, surrounded by the love of his family, on Tuesday June 6th, 2019 in his 80th year Kevin "Ted" Harrington of Chapeau Quebec beloved husband of Monique (nee St-cyr) Harrington.

Loved and cherished father of Eric Harrington (Melanie) Bryson and Karl Harrington (Erin) Calgary.

Loving grandfather who will be dearly missed by Nathan, Kyle, Abbie, Samuel, Damien Harrington.

Dear brother of Margaret Gormley (late Jack) , Jim Harrington (Carmel) , Claire Cotnam (late Gerald) , Robert Harrington (Doris) , and predeceased by sisters Marita Mulligan (late Gerald) , Mary Shields (late Mike) , Maureen (Reenie) Dillon and brothers Patrick Harrington (late Inez) and Desmond Harrington, Teresa (late Mark) Wren. Brother-in-law of Betty Harrington and Jack Dillon. Sadly missed by all his nieces and nephews. Son of the late Thomas Joseph and Mary Frances (nee Drohan) Harrington.

Friends may call at the Hayes Funeral Home, 56 Rue St-Jacques, Chapeau, Quebec on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, June 12 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Alphonsus Church, Chapeau, Quebec on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 11 a.m.  Interment Parish Cemetery.  A reception will follow in Harrington Hall.

Cher frère de Margaret Gormley (feu Jack), Jim Harrington (Carmel), Claire Cotnam (feu Gerald), Robert Harrington (Doris) et prédécédé de ses soeurs Marita Mulligan (feu Gerald), Mary Shields (feu Mike), Maureen (Reenie) Dillon et ses frères Patrick Harrington (feu Inez) et Desmond Harrington, Teresa (feu Mark) Wren.  Beau-frère de Betty Harrington et Jack Dillon.  Tristement manqué par tous ses neveux et nièces.  Fils de feu Thomas Joseph et Mary Frances (née Drohan) Harrington.

La famille recevra les condoléances à la Maison Funéraire Hayes, 56 Rue Saint-Jacques, Chapeau, Québec le mardi, 11 juin 2019 de 14h-16h et 19h-21h aussi le mercredi 12 juin de 9h30-10h30.  La messe des funérailles sera célébrée à l'Église St-Alphonsus, Chapeau, Québec le mercredi, 12 juin 2019 a 11h.  Inhumation cimetière paroissial.  Une réception suivra à la Salle Harrington.
