My childhood is filled with great memories with Jeff. Lots of weekends at the beach in Port Stanley. I will never forget our long trips to Hibbing Minnesota and Colton Lake. I started golfing with Jeff at Talbot Park and still enjoy the game to this day because of him. You were a great friend Jeff and will be missed dearly.

I met Jeff almost 40 years ago, when his brother Timmy met the love of his life, my sister Colleen. I was around 14 years old and Jeff was about 12. Being the youngest of 8 kids in our family, I was pretty excited to FINALLY have a younger brother! Over the years as we have celebrated many special occasions together, our 2 families definitely became one great big, crazy, happy family. We sure are going to miss our youngest brother Jeff. To all the Powell's, we share your pain and are here for you.
