Obituary of Garry Morrissette

Décédé soudainement à Mansfield, Québec le vendredi 1 février 2019 à l’âge de 63 ans. Fils de feu René Morrissette et de feu Géraldine Boisvert. Cher époux de Susan Dunn. Père bien aimé de Terri-Ann (Philippe Bernatchez) et Garry Jr. (Kristin). Grand-père adore d’Élise-Ann, Yves et Hope. Frère  de Gaëtane (feu Steve Frost), Kenneth (Gaëtane), Suzanne (feu Gino Alary), Nelson "Moss" (Rachel Mousseau) et Richard (Josée). Précédé par deux frères; Conrad et Robert. Garry sera manqué par deux belle-sœur; Thérèse et Linda ainsi que plusieurs neveux, nièces et amis. La famille recevra les condoléances à la maison funéraire Hayes, 195 rue Principale, Fort-Coulonge, Québec le lundi 4 février 2019 de 14h à 16h et 19h à 21h et mardi 5 février de 9h15 à 10h15. La messe des funérailles sera célébrée à l’église St-Pierre, Fort-Coulonge, Québec à 11h. Inhumation au cimetière paroissial au printemps.

Passed away suddenly at Mansfield, Quebec on Friday, February 1, 2019 at the age of 63 years old. Son of the late René Morrissette and the late Géraldine Boisvert. Cherished husband of Susan Dunn. Loving father of Terri-Ann (Philippe Bernatchez) and Garry Jr. (Kristin). Adored grandfather of Élise-Ann, Yves and Hope. Brother of Gaëtane (late Steve Frost), Kenneth (Gaëtane), Suzanne (late Gino Alary), Nelson "Moss” (Rachel Mousseau) and Richard (Josée). Predeceased by his two brothers Conrad and Robert. Garry will be sadly missed by his two sister-in-law’s Thérèse and Linda as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call at the Hayes Funeral Home, 195 Principale Street, Fort-Coulonge, Quebec on Monday, February 4, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, February 5 from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 11 a.m. Interment parish cemetery in the spring.
