Jimmy was a good friend and rival in high school at both Victoria Avenue High, and John Paul II high School. He was my friend, and he not only pushed me to be better, he more than anybody else could understand how I felt growing up in our rural area. I got to know James when he joined the section I was managing within CRA. I am deeply saddened by his passing...
James kept to himself a lot of the time but I occasionally would spend time with him chatting. He was kind, gentle, an extremely good worker. I was privileged to have James work with me. My only regret was not having the chance of getting to know him even more.
