Obituary of Willis Venasse

Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at the age of 69 years old. Son of the late Regis Venasse and the late Ella Fleury. Beloved husband of the late Denise Venasse (nee St. Martin). Loving father of Tania (John Paul), Amy (Ralston) and Karen (Matthew). Cherished grandfather of Owen, Sarah, Jaya, Madeline, Alison, Lilly “bird” and Johnny. Survived by his siblings; Diane (Laurier) and Debbie (Gary), his sister-in-laws; Cathy and Marlene. Predeceased by his brothers; Miles, Cecil (late Jean), Danny and Louis (late Margaret). Willis will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. Resting at the Hayes Funeral Home, 56 St. Jacques Street, Chapeau, Quebec on Sunday, August 19, 2018 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 9 to 10:15 a.m. Funeral Mass to be celebrated on Monday, August 20, 2018 in St. Paul the Hermit Church, Sheenboro, Quebec at 11 a.m.  Interment parish cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Meilleur Residence would be appreciated.
