Obituary of Gerald Walker

Gerald “Gerry” Alexander Walker passed away in Long Term Care, Shawville, Quebec on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the age of 87 years. Son of the late Joseph Walker and the late Florence Kilsby. Predeceased by his children’s mother Agnes “Winnie” Brown. Father of Robert , Bonnie (Ted Racine), Stuart (Diane Bandura) and Lindsay. Grandfather of 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He leaves to mourn his siblings Grace Hill of Kelowna, B.C. and Kenneth Walker of Vancouver, B.C. Survived by many extended family members. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at Assumption Cemetery, Queen of Heaven Mausoleum, Winnipeg, Manitoba at a later date. Thank you to everyone for the wonderful care Gerald received for the last 7 years while in long term care at the hospital.
