Obituary of Clayton Everett Hodgins

After a long, brave struggle with heart disease and cancer, Clayton passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 in his 81^st year.  Beloved husband of Joyce Telford and loving father of Wendy.  Predeceased by his parents, Elliott Hodgins and Sarah Richardson as well as sisters, Hazel (late Leslie Horner, late Gerald Hodgins), Arlene (late Archie Dale), and Elsie (late Jason Nicholas).  Fondly remembered by sister-in-law, Diane (late George Derkatch, late Bill Mercer) and brother-in-law, Barry Telford (Dorothy).  Clayton’s memory will always be cherished by his nieces and nephews and many friends.  Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec on Monday, January 8, 2018 from 10 to 11 a.m. at which time a service will be held in the Chapel.  Reception to follow in the funeral home.  In memoriam donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
