I went to see Ellen in the hospital in December. She told me she was looking forward to going home (manor). She was such a nice lady. I would go to her room and we would chat. I will miss her, always had a smile. My sympathies to the family.

To all of Ellen's family. A beautiful light has gone out. Ellen was a wonderful, caring person always smiling and never complaining even when she was unwell. I only knew her for approximately 3 years when she moved into the manor but I will remember and miss her allot. Deepest sympathy to you all and I know your good memories will sustain you during this difficult time. I am unable to attend as I have something else on. God Speed Ellen.

She will be missed by so many, but to your family she leaves a void in your heart that can never be healed.
